In 2025, the Economic Analysis Centre was established as part of the Hungarian Economic Development Agency (MGFÜ) with the aim of providing clear and comprehensive analyses to support domestic businesses and economic stakeholders.
Their analyses explore macroeconomic processes, key domestic and international trends, and the impacts of economic policy decisions.
The Centre’s work is closely aligned with MGFÜ’s enterprise development strategy, within which its research and analytical outputs support Hungarian SMEs, companies undergoing technological and organisational renewal, and actors committed to sustainable economic development.
