Supplier Development Programmes
The objective of the Supplier Development Programmes is to support companies in becoming suppliers through a new approach aligned with real market demands. The programme aims to bridge the gap between the requirements set by integrator companies operating in Hungary and the capabilities of domestic suppliers.
In order to further strengthen the Hungarian economy, nearly HUF 1.8 billion was made available to enterprises in 2021.
The programme seeks to integrate domestic suppliers operating with lower value-added product structures into the development and production of higher value-added products. It also aims to increase their efficiency and productivity through the application of modern Industry 4.0 technologies, organisational development, training, innovation, and research and development activities.
The 2021 call supports supplier development activities related to the Hungarian railway rolling stock sector and the defence industry.
Applications for support could be submitted between 13 September 2021 and 24 September 2021 (until 24:00). Submission was possible electronically by completing the application form and sending it to beszallito@ifka.hu,as well as by submitting a duly signed hard copy by post to 1387 Budapest, P.O. Box 17.
