Privacy and terms

This privacy notice contains all information about how our company uses, collects, stores and manages your personal data when you visit and use our website. Personal data are information that can be associated with you. You may determine how your personal data are get used and processed. The legal framework is provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Privacy Act).

Opening our website, using the website

Using the website, information (which may include personal data, e.g. IP address) is exchanged between your device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop and other technical devices) and the website operator. The information obtained in this way is used to optimize our website in a user-friendly way. The scope of information processed by accessing our website (in the form of a log file) is as follows:

  • IP address of the user's internet-connected device/equipment
  • date and time of use
  • name and URL of the data file
  • the browser used and the operating system of your Internet-connected computer

The purpose of data management of personal data processed by using the website is to establish a seamless connection and the security and stability of the system.

The legal basis for processing the IP address is GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of MGFÜ. The Company's legitimate interest is to assure the smooth and user-friendly operation of the website for users.

Rights of the Data Owner

Right of access

The rights of the data owner shall have the right to request information from MGFÜ through, they shall have the right to know what personal data MGFÜ processes their personal data, on what legal basis, for what data processing purpose and for how long. Furthemore, to whom MGFÜ has transferred the personal data and whether the company uses automated decision-making system and its logic that includes profiling.

MGFÜ shall provide an electronic copy of the personal data undergoing processing to the data owner free of charge by e-mail upon request. In order to meet data security requirements and protect the rights of the data owner, the Company is obliged to ensure the identity of the person concerned, therefore information, access to the data and the issuance of copies are also subject to the identification of the data owner.

Right to correction

The data owner may request that MGFÜ amends personal data if it is inaccurate concerning them. If the data owner can credibly prove the accuracy of the corrected data MGFÜ shall comply with the request as soon as possible, but not later than one month, and shall notify the person.

Restriction on the use

The Data Owner may request through the contact details provided, that the processing of his or her personal data be restricted by the Company (by clearly indicating the restricted nature of the processing) if:

  • contests the accuracy of the personal data (in this case, the Company limits the processing to the period during which it verifies the accuracy of the personal data);
  • the processing is unlawful and the data owner can request the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of their use instead;F
  • the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data owner for the establishment, of legal claims;
  • the data owner has objected to the processing (in this case, the restriction applies for the period until it is established, whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller override those of the data owner).

Right to erase data

The Data owner may object to data processing through the contact details provided if, in their opinion, MGFÜ would not properly process their personal data in connection with the purpose indicated in this Privacy Policy. In this case, MGFÜ shall demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing the personal data which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data owner or which relate to the defense of legal claims.

Right to erasure

In connection with the described data processing, the data owner may exercise his or her right to erasure.

Alternatively you have the option of going to court to protect your data, which will deal with the complaint as a matter of priority. In this case, you are free to decide, whether you are bringing an action before the court competent for your permanent address or residence or for the seat of the Authority. You can find the court of your domicile or residence on www.birosag.hu. According to the registered office of the Data Controller, the Metropolitan Courthouse has the jurisdiction for the lawsuit.
