The PROCAREFUL project is co-financed by the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE program and the European Regional Development Fund. The lead partner of the project is I.S.R.A.A. from Italy, which implements the project in cooperation with partners from 8 Member States and 3 Associated Partners.
By expanding existing health and social care services and shifting from a reactive to a proactive approach, the project aims to overcome the lack of access to homecare in both urban and rural areas.
To achieve such goals, partners are working on a solution that combines face-to-face care with remote and digital support, based on machine learning and artificial intelligence. The model will be tested in five regions.
Within the framework of the project, MGFÜ will produce a common document on the PROCAREFUL Pilot experience, organize a series of webinars, participate in the development of the PROCAREFUL business model for SMEs, and create an innovation framework to support innovation in the home care ecosystem.
The project is founded by the Central Transnational Program, with the support of the European Regional Development Fund, co-financed by the European Union and the Government of Hungary.
Amount of ERDF support: 168.800,00 EUR
