MGFÜ pays special attention to the proper performance of legal compliance activities, including a broad range of expertise, fair and ethical operations, prevention of corruption, and compliance with laws and other regulations. Compliance, transparency and integrity are fundamental elements of MGFÜ's corporate culture. In order to ensure the sustainability of our activities and our ability to build up trust, it is important for us to maintain responsible and appropriate behavior, credibility, reputation and business ethics. To support and monitor these efforts, MGFÜ employs an independent compliance consultant, who reports directly to the Managing Director regarding the performance of the aforementioned activities.

MGFÜ has established a reporting system that allows individuals to report any unusual actions related to compliance violations. There is a possibility to do the report anonymously. All reports are subject to thorough review.
